I've never received a diagnosis of BFS or BCFS, but I have twitched and had tons of symptoms over the past 11½ years. The aching for me starting on April 1st just like some of you have described. It felt like an intense burning sensation under the skin and then let the bad times begin. I've had cramping and twitching and perceived weakness in the l. arm, l. shoulder and forearms since that time. My husband tests my strength (he's a physical therapist) and says I'm very strong, but the cramping and aching is very annoying! I did find some cream called Extreme Cryo Gel that has Emu oil, acetamenophin and glucosamine and other things that gives a 12 hour cooling sensation! Works wonders! Anyhow, I'm going to a neurologist on July 10th for an EMG because I have not had one since 1996 and this latest flare scares me. If I get a clean EMG then I'll assume this is where I belong!
