*** Department Joint Movement Info

Just to let everyone know that the head of the *** department who looked at me resentely, said that *** patients do not have joint movements such as jerking ankle, flicking wrist etc. just to let everyone know as i had that question in my mind as i have also seen other comments about this. JUST SOME INFO FOR EVERYONE KLAG take care :)
 
Yeah, we know that. I spell all of that out in the "BFS in a Nutshell" post at the top of each thread.

ALS twitches are true fasiculatuions, not random bumps, thumps, jolts, jerks, twitches and so on, which is why most people that get an EMG in the very area that is twitching, it doesn't show-up. That's because ALS twitches are true fasciculations fired by, (or joined by), nerve conductivity, and "most" BFS twitches are not... although a lot of us do get some true fasic's from time to time, but that CERTAINLY doesn't mean it has anything to do with ALS.
