Decreasing Twitching Frequency - Questions

Hi all...
As I close in on the one year mark, I do have to say that the frequency of twitching I have now is far less than when all this began. I would even go as far as to say 80% less.
1. Have any of you had such a decreased frequency?
If so, was there a time of flare-up that even resembled the first stage?
2. Have you been able to associate a definite trigger?
If so, what was it for you? (i.e. cold/flu, stress, drugs, alchohol, working out >>>)
3. What have you found to be the most informative source(s) of information about BFS?
4. If you could go back in time to the beginning of you BFS experience, what would you do differently this time around?

I am at the 14mth mark myself.

1. Have any of you had such a decreased frequency?
I would say around 80%, somedays it seems like more.

If so, was there a time of flare-up that even resembled the first stage?
I notice when I do something to my back the foot twitches increased greatly. Anything as bad as the first time around, I don't think so but each flare-up sometimes brings on a twitch or hotspot that I did not have before.

2. Have you been able to associate a definite trigger?
Flare-ups with stress, illness and problems with my back.
If so, what was it for you? (i.e. cold/flu, stress, drugs, alchohol, working out >>>)
3. What have you found to be the most informative source(s) of information about BFS? This site and the great people on it!!!!!

4. If you could go back in time to the beginning of you BFS experience, what would you do differently this time around?

I would like to say that I would not freak out like I did and not spend months worrying but I know I would probably still react the same way, unfortunately.

I have been having my symptoms for 22 months.
1.) Frequency of twitches has decreased. Other symptoms, buzzing, vibrating, have remained consistent.
2.) Triggers include anxiety, a poor nights sleep, activity beyond my norm.
3.) Of course, this site, before I found it I knew nothing about it.
4.) Stay with one neurologist, I've jumped around a bit, and now don't have one in particular who knows me well and I can rely on.
