Dealing With Muscle Twitching Symptoms

Hello,
I am 30 years old very healthy. Last year I had a stressful time. I noticed my eye twitching. I read about twitches and the als thing, and that had me notice that at times most of my muscles twitch. So, I went crazy. After six months the symptoms became better. During summer, at times I could feel a toe moving back and forth or see a muscle which would move constantly. So this winter, days go by and I hardly even notice the fasics. I have a few but not like last year where I was going crazy.
So, a few months ago I woke up at night since my hand was shaking. Then this past 10 days, I noticed that when I fall asleep I could feel my arms or hands shake and sometimes when it is time to wake up. Is this a common thing with BFS or am I on the sad dead end of Parkinson's or MS. I have gotten stronger this past year due to excercise and running, but the stress is getting to me.

they are called myclonic jerks and everyone on this site has probably had them at one time or another. if you watch someone sleep they do this in there sleep. sometimes it comes before u fall asleep. they are harmless. my wife slaps me in the scull every night and she is perfectly healthy. cheers :)

Ditto. I've had this exact same symptom of BFS.

The shaking on wakeup/ sleeping was (for me at least) 100% due to anxiety

The fasiculations never go away but if I'm looking for a shake on wake-up I'll get one.
