Dancing: Fun Exercise and Movement

I did and I am so excited. For those who never heard of it, it's a fun way to exercise. It's kind of like dancing with lots of movement. Lots of shaking your butt, kind of like belly dancing at times. A bunch of teachers from my school went to a class today.
Put it this way.....I hate to exercise.....I hate to walk on the treadmill, I hate to lift weights, but I love to dance. It was great. But I did take a nap today, it made me tired.
Anyway...for those who know me and know that I have been having foot and claf problems for a year now. Don't you know that my calf or foot did not hurt one time while I was doing this. They actually do not hurt now either. My muscles are sore (I'm waaaaaaayyyyyyyy out of shape)
I talked to my neurologist about starting to exercise and my fears of it hurting my claf more, he said it would be just the opposite if I did some exercise. I told him I am going to get into shape and beat this BFCS! I have not felt one fasciculation today either. I know they will be back and so will the calf pain.....but I am proud of myself for going and we are going to go a few times a week!
It seems like I am one of the few who don't exercise, but if anyone is looking for a fun way to get into shape, you may enjoy this.

My wife is all into Zumba. She gets me to join in some times. It's more of a workout than you may think! It great for us "excercise intolerant" people!

Ok....just an update. I cannot walk today, every muscle in my body hurts! But guess what?? I went back tonight. I wanted to lay on the couch and my husband told me to get my butt up and go, that I would feel better. This instructor kicked my butt. As I said, I am way out of shape. It really is fun. I'm not sure if I will be able to get out of bed tomorrow. Let's hope Tylenol will do the trick, my preschoolers won't let me rest.
