Cure for Tongue Twitching: Alcohol?

This seems unbelievable, maybe it is because I am now only 3 weeks away from seeing a neuro, or maybe I have found a cure, that is to say a mild amount of alcohol.Well if it is just the alcohol that has that effect I am curios, if I had *LS twitching would alcohol diminish that at all.Well whatever I hope the tongue twitching has gone for good.

Congrats...I think it is pretty safe to say that your tongue twitching is not related to ALS Those kind of twitiches do not stop until the muscle is dead. My tongue twitched when this first started, but it has pretty well quit. My neuro said that tongue facsics related to ALS are unmistakable and relentless, he used the old "bag of worms" description and said that it always would produce MAJOR problems speaking. I was over at the medhelp forum today and read their neuro's description of BFS. He said that BFS can and does involves the tongue. Congrats on the still tongue, I hope it stays that way.
