Shelley,

That is how my calves have been lately. Before I could barely feel them but now they have been going crazy. I noticed a difference when I was not drinking as much water or it was bad because I was having some stomach cramps, one or the other but they have been going crazy...JEnn

Jenn- I really think that's why you've been stressing about stuff too. The crazy calves just feels wrong. Yet, it's obvious how common it is here.

I also would bet that your BFS started JUST like mine but you defined it and found the site sooner than I did. When I got all the vibrating and shaking stuff, I went down the route of worrying about epilespy since that was what my neurologist was testing me for (thought I DISTINCTLY remember hitting a site when I googled that described PNH and I thought- wow- that sounds like me. I had no twitching at the time but all the waking up from sleep, vibration issues. And, when I had and extended EEG of the brain, you had to write down whenever you felt anything strange. I totally remember being in bed and getting the paper to write down ...twitch left arm...or twitch right leg.) My twitching didn't start full force and constant in my calves until ...well...a good 8 months later which brought me to last July. I think that's the point you're entering now so you're still in the initial stages of the 24/7 calf twitching. And granted, I can't stand it either. But, I have to remind myself that there are a whole slew of other people on this site that have the same thing.

I think it's easy to look at our calves and think- mine are DEFINITELY worse than other people's. That's why those videos that people put up of the calf twitching a while back are so helpful because you can look and say- wow- that looks just like mine!
