Crampy Feeling in Legs - Help?

Does anyone else here get crampy feelings in legs.

Not exactly a charlie horse per se, but achy/crampy?

Occasionally in the calves. I don't actually cramp, but it feels as though I'm about to.

I get those all the time. (Worse around my monthly) Drives me nuts!!!!
Just when I think they stop, they start up again.

Hi Ginny,

I get those all the time, too. Especially in the calves and feet. They feel like they are getting ready to cramp but never quite make it to a full blown cramp. Sometimes they hurt, sometimes just annoying . . .

That's a common complaint w/most people whether they have bfs or not. Cramps are also common in bfs according to my neuro.
