Cramps a few months in?

Hi,

I am having cramps in my right calf and right forearm and my hands seem awkward/slightly weak and there is visible tremor in my fingers, denoting either shakiness or weakness or both. My left hand and forearm is also slightly affected. Anybody else with such symptoms?
