Cousins Twitching Caused by Exercise/Nerves

I told my first cousin of my twitching experiences, and the whole looking it up on the computer and stuff....and she told me that she has been twitching like crazy for a long while. I asked her if it scares her, she said no....she figured it was caused by exercise and/or nerves. She said she will never worry about it, or go to the Dr??? I guess it takes all types !!!

I however, will continue to worry with everyone else here...lol, the heck with her.

Now ristinaL91, your cousin is a step ahead of all of us because if she
is twitching like we all are and she is not worried she has anxiety whipped
that is a good thing. she doesnt see a need to see a doctor and even if
she did see a doctor and she was just twitching with nothing else its all
good. She is not wasteing time worrying, Oh how I wish I could be like
her. Are you sure you want to hang out here? She may be a good one to
hang out with she maybe your anxiety cure. Well since you want to hang
aroung here Im glad to have you to worry with. My husband,son and
mother all twitch from time to time to but nothing like me and they think
Im crazy for worrying so much. Hang in there and try real hard not to worry remember it only makes things worse.
