Coping With BFS: 10 Years On

Hi... I have had an extreme case of BFS for about 10 years now. I am just now experiencing a head tremor (my head shakes back and forth really fast). I'm hoping it was related to a medication I've been taking for my heart (flecainide). I just talked to the Dr. office this AM and was given the OK to disconintue... but I have to take another drug with even more serious side effects (propafenone) it also includes tremors as a side effect...sigh. I'm totally freaked out. I hope that its just the medication. I have no idea how long it will take before its out of my system, or even if I will return to normal once I stop. it could be the back of your neck muscles are too tight. Are you feeling tense lately?

Actually I have been experiencing more neck pain. It was one of the things I considered. I would LOVE to get off medication all together but the heart problem is far too serious to not take medication.Sigh... Its my fantasy. Patricia
