Constant Twitching and Other Symptoms

for 3 months now i'm twitching all over. Especially at night; but it's not one muscle that keeps twitching all the time. It are all the muscles all over my body that just twitch once or twice and then stop. And when i mean twitching it's like 4 to 5 twitches per second during the night and 1 per 10 seconds during the day. Besides that i get the pins-needles feeling, itching, burning, swaeting feeling (but not actually sweating).
I get muscle pain and stiffnes too all the time.

Unlike the most of you here at this forum i'm not really stressed about als.
what do you think could this be bfs ??

It definetly can be BFS, only a neuro exam can tell you for sure.
