Constant Twitches, Scared of Neck Twitch

I've been suffering from twitches for three months now, pretty constant. everywhere. But I've been getting this single neck twitch which is scaring me. It's in the back of my neck and really scary. Just get one at a time. I get them a lot when I'm exercising using a recombant bike and reading. Just boom -- one at a time, it's not a hot spot... It's just a single strong twitch and then it's gone. It also sometimes happens when i'm in bed. Just a single thumb on the back of my neck. Can anyone relate to this? Thank you.

I just posted about how I hated the neck twitches the most. Yeah, I've had them. No biggie, just twitching, whether they come in ones, twos or threes. You're good! Basso

I get the exact same thing, back of my neck. It always feels stronger than my other twitches and only occurs as "one offs" I.e. a single hard twitch and not a rapid burst of 5-10 like most of my twitches are. I also get it on my throat and down my chest or shoulders, always large, and normally painful.
