Constant Tongue Twitching

I have had constant tongue twitching all day long for days at a time and I think it's no different than any other muscle.. it will move on to another, or just stop all together.. besides, if it was anything bad you would be having difficulty speaking long before you noticed any twitching.

I hope you can get rid of your anxiety that is causing this flare up..

I'm too lazy to make a statistical analysis for you to see that after three years there is no way you could have als.

I would say if one has never twitched and then twitches in the tongue as a presenting symptom that this could be worth looking into. However one that has twitched for years and then starts twitching in the tongue is a different story.
