Constant Finger Twitching; Aching Arms/Wrists

Does anyone else's fingers twitch constantly. I'm not talking about like a constant index finger twitch, I'm talking about random twitches that move the fingers and thumbs all day long. Also does anyone else have achy achy arms and wrists? I mean like a real ache that almost makes it seem restless. I have to constantly re adjust my arms because they ache so much. ALso both of my pinky fingers when at rest will tremor pretty violently when they are just resting at my sides. I hate BFS or whatever I have, it's just so hard to think this is BENIGN. Someone please help as these issues have been causing lots of stress as well as some clumsiness (ie dropping things and such) lately. Thanks in advance guys!!

I have the same aching weak feeling, tremoring fingers, but all in the left arm, none in the right. I am constantly moving my left arm around, messaging left hand due to this ache and discomfort
