Considering Magnesium Supplements?

Has anoyone thought about taking magnesium supplements? I read that they can help with the anxiety/depression and possible the muscle titching/cramps. I also read that taking the supplements is very safe and that many of us don't get the magnesium we need in our daily diets.
 
I tried the supplements. It didn't seem to make a difference in my twitching. I have read where some people have had luck with taking them. I think it is different for everyone. What works for one doesn't mean it works for others. You have nothing to lose by trying though. Good luck.
