Confronting Fear of Parkinson's

Hello all, I hope everybody had a great xmas and looking forward to a new year! Its been over three years now that I have worried something is wrong with me. Buzzing in feet, muscle twitching throughout my body, thumbs/fingers moving, you name it! Ive always had the fear of one thing...parkinson's, Ive never been able to shake the thought of having it at a young age(30 now). Does anybody else get a strange feeling in there fingers, where as you feel like its shaking(it happens in my left thumb all the time) and look down and nothing is happening? I watch my fingers all the time, when i hold my phone i try to see if there shaking over the words and worrying all the time when they do shake a little. From what I have read its impossible to not shake a little, but I cant shake the idea that mine is worse and soon its gonna take over my body. Thanks for reading and your input is always needed.
