Concerns about Hand Twitches

I'm freaking out today, and have been for the last few days, about these hand twitches. I'm fairly comfortable with the twitches in the buttocks, calves, quads, eyes, etc. I mean, these aren't SO bad since they are benign after all... just really unnerving at times.

My twitches tend to be short, deliberate bursts, sometimes even just one twitch. I'm concerned because I know a lot of people have 24/7 twitches and that maybe the symptoms that I'm experiencing are something different that what many of you have lived with for many years. It started in my thumbs and a week later or so was all over the place.

I'm really concerned about the twitches in my thumbs. I'm sick thinking about Parkinson's. I'm not too concerned about the other one we've all worried about, as this forum and my Neuro ruled it out. I feel like I'm letting my anxiety overtake me because of my appointment today.

Thank you all for letting me vent. I'm already really late for work and I should get going.

God Bless

Like Bills mother my mum also has parkinsons and she also does not twitch but "pill rolls" a rubbing motion, continiously between her thumb and index finger.
Im glad your finger twitches come in short bursts this makes it even less likely you have parkinsons because parkinsons movements as Bill also said are continiouse 24/7 movements not a few twitches then a brake. I twitch on and off in my fingers but I dont worry about parkinsons because I know my twitches are nothing like my mothers and are not continious.
