Concerning Arm Pain and Twitching

I have been really worried recently. Pain in my arms twitching has increased in new spots . Some cramping it has been over a year from first twitch still is fear. Any advice on if this is normal and if cold makes it worse.

cold REALLY makes us worse, and even mild one. I for example sometimes can not speak normally already at more or less moderate cold (start to have have numb lips) and of course cold-induced pain is very common here.
