I just googled the MOST COMMON CAUSE OF DEATH it gives nationalities , ages, etc. NO WHERE IS ALS mentioned. Therefore people that twitch with BFS have NO MORE chances of getting ALS then the person sitting across from you or down the hall from you right now take in these statistics they are FAR MORE GREATER and can occur ANYTIME in our daily life giving us a 99.9% chance of it happening.WARNING!!!! If your get scared easy bypass this link. Seriously if we cant lighten up after seeing these causes its time to re evaluate your life and your priorities.

Yeah, I wouldn't have expected it to be since ALS really is rare. So why do we all think we have it??? We must really think we are exceptional!

I have not visited the link but I would guess that the most common cause of death is old age.

They possibly excluded death due to old age in this statistic because it is seen as a natural death.Well, I visited the link... nothing new, nothing surprising, nothing scary. By the way, I recently read that is more probable to die in a traffic accident than to die from ALS... There must be some truth in this. But to be honest, I'm still scared
