Common Benign Twitch Spots

I think we have all been through this scare! That is a VERY common twitch spot that is scary the first time it happens. I had one just today that jerked my thumb. I thought the same thing as you initially then so many people here responded!!! REMEMBER: calves, thighs, arches of feet, eyelids and thumbs are the most common benign twitch spots.

By the way, I asked my husband to squeeze his hand and he made his twitch too!

Your posts always interest me because we have similiar twitching and also both been doing it for 7 months. However I am not pregnant but have 4 daughters 1, 4, 6, 8 so can relate to the pregnancy complications.
