Don't sweat it, Jenn.
Remember, that nasty little voice in your head feeds on health anxiety and uses it to cause uncertainty. Do whatever you can to pull your thoughts from your physical symptoms and redirect them to something more worthy of your time. Sometimes just getting into a good book or movie can be enough to distract you and take the edge off.
I read quite a few of your posts, Jenn. You have a great heart, filled with encouragement and love for others. It also looks like you're constantly making strides in dealing with your own health situation. "Two steps forward, one step back." That's what my psych used to say. And I think it applies to many of us here. As long as you keep moving forward (even while taking the occasional step backward) you will beat this thing.
All the best,
~ Brian
