Coldness Below Knees - Help?

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone could help me out. I have a general feeling of coldness from my kness down. I twitch and get the most pain in these areas. But i don't understand why i have a cold feeling below my knees??? Does anyone else have this or have any ideas as to why??!

I get that too and have since the twitching started ...really cold lower legs and my fingers too...

no idea why though...I also know that if I put my legs in cold water (like at the beach), my twitching goes nuts...

O really? I'd really love to know whats going on with the coldness and the rashy type thing i have!! I definitely know that prior to this my legs used to be warm in room temperature whereas more often than not now they feel cold! Thanks for the reply!

I get that cold feeling in my calves too, although it comes and goes. They're never cold to the touch, just feel that way, and also "buzz" too.

I have been having physio, and she has remarked twice now on how cold my feet are.

It has been a while but every time I have had heavy tremors in my legs while trying to sleep I felt the chills coming on similar to the feeling one would get when catching, say a flu/cold. When I have had the tremor attacks while awake I did not notice that chilly feeling. For me, something about being laid down seem to bring on that cold feeling.
