Cold Hands and Feet: Not Alone

I've always had cold feet and hands going way, way back.

My ob/gyn stated that most women, in particular, suffer from this and gets worse as we get older. :crying:

I am convinced mine is from poor circulation as my mother and sisters also have this problem.

Not much help, I'm sure, but you are not alone.

My left foot feels cold and actually feels wet at times. I have posted about this in the past. It feels like I stepped in a puddle all the time.

My feet are almost always cold.. In fact, on my second emg by another neuro my feet were freezing..... When my own neuro saw these results later he said "your feet were too cold during that test it can effect the results. Sure enough he redid my emg and warmed my feet and the results were normal.....
Anyway, I digress..... my mother had poor circultation and I am sure I do too and that is why my feet are so cold.....
