OK- Back from Mayo Clinic--got a 'clean bill of health'....after a very thorough battery of tests! So, I ignore the muscle contractions....& cramping!But---on "rare"...occasions....I get (ONLY when lying down....)--those darn...."diaphragm"...strong muscle contractions!
I hate these things...(again...rarely occur--!)---but.....despise the diahragm muscle contractions! The other nite--got up a 3 AM....-to get something to drink (the AC dries out the air so much)---& when I tried to get back to sleep.....as I was "falling off"...felt my respiration interuppted.....as my inhalations.....were 'stopped'...by the strong muscle contraction-!
Scared the hell out of me!---- Sat up..& read for 20 mins or so--till they went away! Anyone else...ever get these? Are"muscle contractions"...in the trunk of the body uncommon in BFCS...?
Or...are they more typical...of "Isaac's syndrome"?Again...ONLY happens...when laying down-!
