Chronic Sleep Deprivation and BFs

Another question, Does anyone attribute their bfs to a chronic lack of sleep?? My son trembles when woken out of a sleep just after drifting off-its weird, his hands shake- and I know when the need for sleep causes me to feel drained and trembly or shakey its clearly from needing sleep-

After years of interupted sleep and definately poor quality, not enough sleep , I am wondering if its also related to my bfs symptoms.

Just curious if anyone makes any clear connection between bfs and sleep deprivation. Thanks-

i am thinking this has a lot to do with mine. the answer who knows. I am sure there are people here who sleep like rocks.

i do not in general and i am lucky to get a good night sleep. this has been for a long time and yes i do wonder at times if it finally caught up with me.
