Chest Twitching and BFS Symptoms

I have recently been diagnosed with BFS after a thorough neurological exam and test etc. I have painful cramps with my twitches. For the first time today I had chest pain. It almost felt like my heart was twitching or doing something very strange. I had pain there for a few seconds which this occurred and it went away. Has anyone else experienced anything like this before?Also, I get pains and twitches in my neck. It almost feels like my neck is tight or constricted. Is this a normal symptom of BFS? Thanks for your help.

I haven't had it, but my husband has. He underwent an entire battery of test, all the way to doing a heart cath. He was normal. He has extra heartbeats which occur when he is under stress, too much caffeine, too little sleep, etc. Now that he knows what it is and that it is non-life threatening, he hardly notices anymore. I would be willing to be you experiencing something very similar.Cindy

I've had the chest pain above the heart area for a while - though not sure if that is related to heartburn. Might not be that helpful.
