Celebrate 3 Year Mark with BFS

Made it to the three year mark. Still twitch everyday, though I have off and on good stretches. Hand and finger twitches still the annoying hot spots. I've learned to live with it and ignore it. To all the new twitchers, believe in bfs in nutshell.

Coming close to my two year mark... 3 weeks away!!!

Still twitch everyday here and there... oh well!

I also have loads of muscle pains and aches but eff it! I take a couple motrins and go workout.

Very nice! I'm only at the 8 month mark myself. I can't wait until 3 years, then I won't have to worry at all!
