Cause of Relentless Twitching?

If BFS is a condition on its own, and ALS is not a factor... WHAT ELSE CAN ACTUALLY CUASE RELENTLESS TWITCHING in the human body?

What can it be then? I am under the impression its either beningn or VERY UN-BENIGN. so there is not much scope for options here.... Its either or, that why so many of us here worry like this...

It just my mind saying "this condition is inside you...deal with it" Problem is, there are so many unanswered questions. Questions that my neuro cannot even answer, like "where does it come from?" answers like "we cannot really say, it can be a million things" << That to me is a copout.

Maybe someone here can spare some thoughts?

Peripheral nerve hyperexcitability

This is probably a better term. BFS is one form of PNHE. Autoimmunity does seem to be the commonest linking feature ie our own body reacting defensively to something but the nerves/muscles getting caught in friendly fire to bad affect. Then once anxiety gets hold this stokes those fires and make them worse.

Just make sure you are checked by a neuro who does not just assume it is all Anxiety!!!
