with me today was diagnosed with urticaria!Very probably I was suffering from histamine intolerance: (as if the batting is not enough for me would be: (can come through the twitching from histamine intolerance????

I'm chiming in here just from a different perspective. Chinese medicine depicts any kind of moving, itching, twitching or anything that comes and goes like a light switch being turned on and off contantly.... especially on the skin as WIND and has a lot to do with the actual organ (liver). Does not mean that the liver has any serious disease for those who might get scared hearing this. The liver is the metabolic factory of the whole being and has over 500 daily functions. Today I've got my blood test!My levels are perfectLiver and kidney are also perfect!There can not be there!I noticed the swollen insect bites with me always very strong, I guess I have a histamine story!

No, the swelling after insect bites is very common the last years in Emilyomousey...my sis is a nurse and says in summer they gave 3-4 cases a dayin the ER for enormous swelling after insect bites (not bees or wasps, normal midges)...I wonder what is biting there
