My fasiculations showed up on the EMG. They will see how your nerves go back to normal after the twitch. It doesn't matter if they show up - you already know you twitch. It shows up as an excited nerve. My neuro said "there's a twitch". I said "Is that bad?" She said "No, it just means you twitched, it's fine".
