Hi im really worried as although I understand that 24/7 calf twitches are not unusual my left calf is far worse than my right and now I can feel twithes in my left thigh, it seems like its travelling up my leg which is what conscerns me and puts my anxiety into overdrive, I have occasional twitches in forarms, neck and shoulder but my left leg really worries me as I cant balance as well on it with my eyes shut as my right, I had a neuro check up and showed no clinical weakness and I know I sound mad but any feed back on this would help.

but it is rather NORMAl not to keep balance well with the eyes shut, and especially on one leg compared to the other!I personally expericence that and it does not change my ability to stand or walk.when your eyes are closed, you can not do all those minor and subconscious correctives to the posture. so it is absolutely normal that your brain becomes a bit confused and you keep your balance worse than with open eyes. And becasue onle leg is usually a comman done, another is even worse supporter when you close your eyes.that is why the only check you are normally asked to do with the closed eyes is for motor coordination (nose touch test), not for balance.Of course, when people can not keep their balance with closed eyes at all, it rather means that there is something wrong with their cerebellum or with proprioceptive feeling (you may read about such rare case in Dr. Saks's beautiful "A man who mistook his wife for a hat" book (the story is titled "A bodyless Christie"), but it is definitely not your case :)))

And the left thigh twitches, and creepy crawly feeling, and stiffness in leg, is this normal for bfs? Thanyou yiulisa spelt wrong sorry

Sorry yulisir , I think that last message appeared rude, im just struggling to keep my anxiety under control, I do appreciate all advice given by yourself and others on this website

all symptomes you mention are absolutely normal for us (i mean they are not 'normal' of course but fit our picture and do not make other harm than giving us aniother shot of adrenaline which we do not need :( )
