Calf Stiffness/Spasticity: Experiences?

hello,I've already posted my story here on the board but I've got another question my major symptom is the constant stiffness/spasticity in my right calf and sometimes in my left since two months. This was also my first symptom. Is anyone else experiencing this?thanks for answers,Lisa

Yeah had this for years but only happens if I'm waking up .And I stretch my legs out the calf muscles tighten up so bad that I can't move to the point I think I'm going to scream.But all I can do is lay there a couple of seconds till they relax on there own.

is there a cramp like pain when it gets stiff? I think those are charlie horses... I got those in my pregnancy in my calves and feet.

Yes very painful cramp guess it is a charlie horse forgot about that.But I don't know why I get them I don't exercise.Uhh maybe that's why I get them

It's not painful. My calves just feel very tight but I have this feeling all day long.

I had that feeling for months before the twitching began. Not so much anymore. I don't think it is anything other than the "normal" BFS stuff.Take care!
