Hi allIts been going on 5 1/2 weeks now with my constant 24/7 Twitching, but last few days especially i seem to have tender calfs. They kinda hurt when i walk and also when i touch them they feel sore and tender, more tender i guess. Its strange as when they hurt when i walk i always feel like its a sign of weakness !!???!!!!Anyone else had this??Chris

Hi ChrisMy name is also chris and i also live in the UK, nice weather yeh!!. I have had this now (BFS)for three years and it is at an all time low.What you have is very common in bfs so do not stress. time is a good healer with bfs so hang on in. You may be in for a tough ride at the start but things will get better, honnest.take CareChris
Its actually quite nice here in the North East 
) When you say your is at an all time low, do you mean its getting better???Where are your twitches mate??I am glad that this is a common problem as it does worry me, my calfs feel soooooo sore when i touch them, and it had freaked me out that the muscle was dying!Thanks for your replyChris
