Hey everyone,I have been having this "buzzing" sensation on my right cheek the past week. What really is concering is that it happens around the same time each night. Its like an alarm clock telling me its time to go to bed. It always happens around 9:30pmish and not before. Has any one every experienced this before? Any ideas on what can be causing this?Also, I noticed the past few days my elblow has been buzzing as well. It comes and goes....Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
