Burning, Tingling Sensation in Legs

Along with my normal twitching pretty much all over my body. I have been experiencing a burning, tingling sensation in my legs. I have also felt it my arms in the past. Today both my calves had a sharp pain in them almost like beeing stuck with a pin. It comes and goes, but is very annoying. Do any of you ever get this?

I used to get this and my doctor thought it was something to do with sciatica (sp)

That sharp, pin like pain is normally associated with sciatica
