Well, at first I dont want to say it will help everyone, but it is extremely interesting for me:I have read the study that spinach contains natural muscle-growing steroid and that hypothetically you would build your muscles (also the mass) if you ate about 900 gramms of it per day.Well I eat 200g daily (boiled, with cream - tastes very good) and my hotpot, my *beep* 2 months lasting feet hotspot disappear. The same with random ones. Yesterday I felt maybe 2-3 twitches, today few ones only after stretching the muscle.I dont know if this is the cause, but its the only change. Maybe its something else in the spinach except the natural steroid that helps, but it helps (me)
