Brain Tumor Surgery & BFS Link?

i was diagnosed with bfs last december 4 months after having a brain tumor removed. the doctors all seem to think that bfs is linked to the surgery and could be part of the healing process. they are telling me this because of the fact that they did have to removed a small part of brain to get the tumor out. i also have fibromyalgia. can the surgery or Fibromyalgia be causing bfs?

I'm no brain tumor expert, but fibromyalgia and bfs is considered the same syndrome by some doctors. The stress of the operation alone could have triggered that. my bfs started after a few months of high anxiety, I also have muscle pain like Fibromyalgia so I tend to think as these things as similar.
