Boost Hydration with Coconut Water

Ive been loking for sometime for an alternative to the branded sports drinks to boost my intake of electrolytes and to boost hydration.Just found Coconut water at Holland & Barrats. Totally natural, contains 15 times the amount of electeolytes as the leading sports drink, without all of the crap that comes with them.As a bonus, its naturally high in potassium.So for anyone who is looking to boost their levels of hydration, this could be the BFS friendly product youve been looking for.I'll let you know if it helps.Love Dave.
 
great info Dave! Costco Carrys it in bulk, I bought this. I can't get past the taste though, taste like baby food to me lol! thanks for sharing, I think electrolytes play a huge roll in our issues. Ashley
 
Dave, I have tried coconut water. It did decrease my twitches to be honest. I drank this for a while when i was at the peak of my symptoms. I also tried electrolyte water which also had a similar effect. both seemed to keep me very hydrated when i was feeling fatigued. Just be careful not to throw off your potassium levels, since coconut water does contain a good amounts of it.Carm :D)
