Bicep Hotspot: Is it Normal?

Anyone ever had a bicep hotspot?It's going non stop for 2 weeks now - 24/7 each second.Is this bad?

Why would that be bad? It's no difference than a calf or a shoulder twitch.

FreddieTheFox - You're back! It's great to see you. I was on the board when you were posting a lot and I recall you were going to see a doctor and then I was concerned that I hadn't seen you again. I get bicep twiches all the time. We have similar twitching.

Nothing to worry about. Its completely normal. One of my first, actually. (but definately not the last).
