BFS Symptoms: Twitching and Pains?

Apart from the twitching do you have other symptoms that could be part of BFS package? I'm having muscle pains in my arms (and legs) for a long time now. It's like they go over it with a knife. Is this also a symptom of BCFS?

Hey Bart,I get muscle pains and achiness too. I also experience the "stabbing" pain you are referring to, especially in my forearms and my legs (mostly arms though). I think its all part of the package, and definitely some of the worst part of it! I feel like thats when I get really fatigued is when I start getting the muscle pains and stuff. It doesn't make it go away completely, but after a long day of twitching and cramping and aching I try a pretty warm (almost hot) bath with two cups of epsom salt dissolved in it. That definitely seems to ease tense and achy muscles. Give it a shot!Megan

P.S. Yes there are PLENTY of other things that come with BFS besides just twitching... I get headaches (not sure if its actually related or not), but muscle fatigue, buzzing, arms and feet fall asleep much easier, the achiness and cramps... ask anyone on here, and read BFS in a nutshell if you haven't... I am sure you will find most of your symptoms listed there!

Hi Megan,I got that buzzing and vibrating stuff too - everywhere! I hate the stabbing pains in my arms, they are the worst.Bart

I think one of the creepiest things I have gotten with BFS is a vibrating sensation in the back of my neck and head. It was almost like an internal sense of shakiness... I don't get that much anymore, if at all *knocks on wood*... thankfully!

HiI got cramps and muscle pain, especially hand, forearm also, very often. Vibrating in the calves and back is also well known. Headache, especially, if got a day in the office, but that was before bfs also. I do not thing it is related, too.I got a strong pain then and when between my rips. Do you thing taht are nerves or muscles?
