BFS Symptoms: Hand/Arm Tremor?

Today I was reaching out with my left arm and stacking poker chips with my left hand and my hand starting shaking like crazy. Is this the same as tremor. It really has me worried. the same thing happens with my right arm when i have it in a certain position. Is this something to be concerned with or is it just another symptom of BFS. I think my nerves are all but shot. my hands and legs have gradually been mildly shaking more and more. I am only 46 and i am worried to death what this all going to be like when i am 56. Anyone else have these concerns. I also twitch everywhere like crazy. I guess all this just wheres on our nervous system and it can only take so much Any responces will be very appreciated
