BFS Symptom in Left Foot

Hey. I know exactly what you are describing, as I had that symptom, in my left foot, at the beginning of all this. My toes would pull toward the sole of the foot. It is a bfs symptom, no need to worry. It went away entirely, and then came back for a bit, and now it is gone again.

You can totally chill on this one.

I don't know what else to tell you about this... that's not to say it's not scary when your body does all these weird things - it is. I've had the weirdest crap happen, only to have it go away days to weeks to months later...Please rest assured. You are fine.

My toes used actually curl toward the sole, I could see it and feel it. BFS is rather odd, and not well understood. However, as you will see from this site, it is benign, in that it will not curtail your life span, and it can spur you on to value yourself more.

thanks to everyone for replies. i've not had a good last couple of days, as said in my first post, my mom(who is extremely ill) was moved to rehab today, and while that is a good thing, kind of, she's still stuggling and i am still in limbo about my condition. however, i was contacted by a med student yesterday(he was at my first gp visit last month)that he had consulted with a neuro about my condition and suggested i had "focal dystonia"...has anyone heard of this????it apparently is a neuro disease which causes involuntary muscle contractions of different parts of the body...no cure, only treatment. i'm scared...thanks again.....

I get this type of thing too.

I have a wierd feeling in my right foot. My toes seem to feel wierd like I should be curling them down. I also get a flutter type of a feeling on my toes occasionally like they or one of them anyway is twitching or jerking very very very slightly.

I have had this for 3 months and it is freaking me out. I get minor things on my left side, but my right side seems relentless with this. Anyone else??? Any help would be awesome!
