The twitches have stopped.............now I have a weirdo tingling, vibrating, buzzing feeling in both feet.Is this common with BFS? I am beginning to wonder.......................Can anyone relate?HELPThanksJanet

Hi Janet,This is extremely common with BFS. Along with calf twitching and buzzing, this is very common even in "normal" people. My right foot has been twitching and buzzing for quite some time now...You are fine!May

Hi Janet-I've had buzzing in both feet for a long time. Several months ago, my right foot actually buzzed in a rhythmic pattern--one "buzz" every second or two. Then, when I would put my foot down with any force, it would buzz for a second like there was a loose spring or something in it.I've been at this for over 10 months, buzzing and all (today is quiet--knock wood). But this is "normal" with BFS--my neuro doesn't think it's rapid twitching, as some do, so much as just more hyperexcitability of the nerves. Who knows? But it won't hurt you--you're OK!Regards,Mark

I get the buzzing and tingling in both feet all the time. My neuro was not bothered by this but i am. I have so many other symptoms to worry about now and don't think about my feet now. A guy at my work has said he gets it too.

I get it all the time. It used to just happen occasionally, i.e. after I used a treadmill and some other times. Over the years, it's become almost constant. I don't worry about it anymore. Right know my right foot from about midway up and the right toe are tingling/buzzing, it's ususally the entire feet though. I don't even think about it anymore. Best Wishes, Denise

Hi Janet,Yes, I can certainly relate. I get the buzzing, vibration like feelings in my legs and feet very often and every day. At times I feel it in other parts of my body as well. I guess its "normal" part of BFS. I also get other funny feelings in my legs.. at times I get chills right underneath my skin... sometimes its as though my legs are under water, heavy legs.. hard to even explain. I keep telling myself thats all "normal" too. Just wanted you to know you are not alone. I have had these sensations for over a year now.. take careMC
