BFS Pain: Where and How?

Pain in the a-ss from answering the same questions, phrased differently, fifty times a week. Pain in the neck from people who can't accept that they don't have **S. Sorry, I couldn't resist. Just teasing. ;) I don't generally have the cramp version of bfs, but when I DO, it is horrible. I get a deep, elongated cramping sensation that seemingly lasts for hours at a time. They can occur anywhere, but mostly, the bottoms of my feet, and often in my toes. I also get electrical shock type pains, EVERYWHERE. Hate those. When I work out too hard, I get duller cramps that last for days, in my arms and legs. Blessings, Sue
