BFS: Is There a Threshold?

To have BFS, does your twitching have to be hundreds of times per hour or can it be 20 twitches per hour.

I've seen some stories here where people are having hundreds or maybe even thousands of twitches everyday. But I am only having 30-50 per day.

Is there a threshold that has to be reached to have BFS or can it be variable? Or would it be considered something else then

I don't know how many I have had a day but I am certain it is over 50, probably more so since the place where I experience it the most is my feet and I can't stare at them all day since I have to use them!! :D)

I don't think there is a definite number. I'm sure it is variable, especially when it comes to activity it might increase, viruses/illness etc. I think if mine went down to 25 a day I would be thrilled!

My feet twitch constantly all day for about two years now. This sums up only from the feet to >300 twitches a day. My belly twitches also from time to time (once a day). However if it twitches then it twitches 40 times in about a few seconds. My eyes also have minor twitches all day through. Eyes about 100 twitches a day. Hands, shoulders, nose and legs also twitch every day however only 40 twitches from all of them summed up in a day.

if mine went down to 25 a day => I would be a cured person and could get on with normal life again.
