BFS and Fatigue in Arm/Hand

Another question. I had for month a fatigue in my left arm/hand. The last few weeks it was much better. I had more problems in my neck/face area. But now it came back in my left arm/hand. I still can do everything, but afterwards the arm/hand feels very tired. Is this normal in BFS?

Normal, But like I always say, always try nto work the affected area as much as possible. you will be o.k.
