BFS and Clicking Ear Sounds

Hi all,I was wondering if anyone else with bfs has a clicking sound that occurs occasionally in your ear? I've heard of palatal myoclonus, but my palate doesn't twitch. I can just hear a clicking sound occasionally even when I'm not chewing, moving my jaw, or do anything else. I'm wondering if this is a symptom of bfs or maybe something else that has to do with my hearing.

I sometimes have that cliking sound in my year, it seems like if i had water in it or something like that, but I`m not sure if it is part of bfs.

I've had many many sounds in my ears over the years, including clicking. I have several friends w/o bfs who also have clicking in the ears. The only time I've had my "ear sounds" checked out was when they were part of constant dizziness, which was diagnosed as benign postional vertigo. Although I also get the clicking, the vertigo sounds are more ringing. I don't worry about the clicking. Best Wishes, Denise p.s. don't think my clicking is associated with the palatal thing that some others get.

I notice the clicking in my ear especially if I am carrying a lot of tension in my jaw. I can open my jaw a bit and the clicking stops. Don't know if this is what you're experiencing, but that symptom turns up around here from time to time. Not to worry.Cindy

Click, pop or anything else sound in the ear is nothing. I have it since 2002 occasionally. Not to worry about. I also have tinnitus in my left ear, not so loud. Dx is acoustic trauma.
