BFS and Breaking Nails: A Clue?

Ever since I've had this lovely thing called BFS my finger nails (which are regular length, nothing extraordinary) break really really easily and much more often then they used to . Wondering if anyone else has noticed this and, once again, if it might be a clue as to whether something essential is missing in our systems??? Lynn

i noticed the same thing.. i even showed my doctor....they even turned a foggy white color.. the capillaries of my feet and palms are also dialated and fill with blood.. red palms.. i also have slightly elevated liver enzymes with this bfs... but the doc thinks my red palms are not liver disease related.. per say.... fingernails are a sign of health...they say.. if you notice changes i would show a doctor to be on the safe side.
