hello im new here
when i was 14 i had bells palcy, im now almost 30
is the bells palacy the reason why i got benign fasics?
My dr told me that i have benign fasics, but never said anything about BFS , never diag. me w/ anything.
Sometimes the twitches are fast, i hit my arm and it'll stop, im so embarrsed, i dont want anyone to see it doing that.
sometimes it feels like a jolt of electricity
is this normal
